We sell digital products delivered via instant download. Digital products are non-tangible and cannot be returned or exchanged once downloaded or delivered. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because our items are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of compatibility with your device or software
- Mistaken purchase
- Choosing the wrong item

When a refund or exchange may be approved

- The file is faulty or corrupted and we cannot fix it.
- You were provided with the wrong file.
